“User Friendly & Great for Collaboration”

Delve is extremely easy and intuitive to use. It works easily when collaborating with others on a qualitative project. When coding I like the flexibility of this software to rename, regroup as you conduct your analysis. There is an extensive resource library for questions/how to's but also highly responsive customer service if you need help. The Delve team is open to feedback and continuously improving the software.
